Migration Bird Walk          Registration required

Join us for this late April walk just when bird migration is starting to rise.  We will be going to Piscasaw Fen Conservation Area in northeast Boone County.  This will be a great time to see some of our thrushes, swallows, early warblers, and more.

We will be meeting at the Roger D Gustafson Nature Center in Spancer Park at 7:00 AM, and then taking a bus out to Piscasaw Fen.  It is free but there is a limit to 12.  Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.  Binoculars highly recommended, but we do have limited rentals.
